Reproducible simulation studio

A browser simulation backed by CPython's seeded random behavior. statistics analyzes the results, decimal calculates the payout without binary floating-point drift, and uuid plus hashlib make each configuration and result verifiable.

The same integer seed can be used from Python to reproduce the random stream. This demo is intended for simulations and tests, not cryptographic randomness.
