CPython behavior

APIs are tested against the repository's uv-pinned CPython runtime.

Typed components

WIT interfaces become typed JavaScript and TypeScript exports through jco.

One package, familiar modules

Import 21 typed Python module namespaces from pystd, with direct module subpaths for numeric, binary, collection, text, date, and identifier APIs.

Built on the Component Model ​

The public boundary is described with WebAssembly Interface Types (WIT). componentize-py turns the generated Python adapters into a WebAssembly component, and jco produces the JavaScript and TypeScript package consumed by browsers and Node.js.
